  • We predominately use Non-GMO, expeller pressed, canola oil. We use some sesame and olive oils for flavor. Feel free to read more about why we use this oil here.

    The main three operating owners are Eric, Miles, and Sam. The rest of the owners are Eric’s mom, brother, and a few friends.
